About Doctors Rock
Doctors Rock 2011 is part of the Professions Rock family. Law Rocks [www.lawrocks.com], Construction Rocks [www.constructionrocks.com], and Pensions Rock [www.pensionsrocks.com] have already raised thousands of pounds for various charities through battle of the bands rock concerts. Each band entering nominates a charity of their choice, and through ticket sales and band contributions raise money for the prize fund, which they battle out on stage at The 100 Club to win.
The 100 Club; Jeff Horton has been helpful in the extreme, allowing us to use his iconic venue.
3internet; Dan Orchard has crafted this brilliant website singlehandedly (along with www.lawrocks.com, www.constructionrocks.com and www.pensionsrocks.com), and all in his own time. Dan has constantly come up with great ideas and has been a great support from the start.
Nick Child gave birth to the whole idea. His passion, drive and generosity has given pleasure to many through the Professions Rock family, while making loads of money for charity. Big thanks to Nick.
